• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.

6.3 Delivery Issues

Report undelivered or damaged packages within 7 days of expected delivery date.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date, except for chew toys and pillow beds (health restrictions). Items must be unused with original packaging.
